Hey team! Sorry I haven't been very active the last 2 days. I've fallen off the wagon my absence here normally tells you I'm not doing great. Life's been hectic and food/self-care has taken a back seat.
On the upside, I have kept up my workouts, so I'm hopefull the damage won't be too great tomorrow at weigh-in.
I love baking and so does my family, so I make a big batch of everything every once in awhile, and that's normally when things go belly-up. I've lost count of the junk I've consumed this week. Moderation is something I'm trying to learn, sometimes more successful then others. Oh, well...
But I'm super impressed with you guys in this team. Some serious commitment here!

Found a new way to add some exercise. I have been drinking tons of water. So, I have been going to the bathroom quite a bit. I started doing 5 squats every time I have to go to the restroom. I have already done 30 today. Everything helps. Hopefully my legs don’t hate me tomorrow 😂🤣3

@Pearl4686 moderation is hard. I'm all or nothing...... I hope one day I wont be, but for now I totally relate..... the main thing is you're still here, still doing this. Our journeys are marathons not sprints, right?

Exercise: 30 minutes stair climber and weight lift for 30 minutes( butt is dragging)
Did well: committed to exercise
Work on: getting more food in me. I only try to eat between 1-6pm. Sometimes only 4-6pm. No I am not hungry or I would eat more😂. It took about 5 weeks to get comfortable with a limited window, but it is the primary reason I have lost combined with s balanced diet and limited garbage carbs. Guys got to have his pizza and micro brew🤣.1 -

Good afternoon everybody! This week is my birthday week, so there have been a few overindulgences. However, I’ve tried to balance the overindulgence with limits on other things, so I don’t have a huge calorie blowout. Fortunately, too, this week at work was so crazy busy that I met my step goal a couple days in a row, which never happens. So there’s definitely been some balancing, which makes me feel a lot better about the slight overindulgences. I think when i weigh in tomorrow I will show a slight gain, but I’ll get back on track. I’m super stoked that I was in the top 3 for the first week of September; hopefully I can keep up (or regain) some of that momentum for the rest of my weightloss journey.

So this speaks to me this week. My dog had emergency surgery yesterday and didn't make it. I'm so heart broken. I ate 1/2 a pizza last night because I didn't know what else to do. Today hasn't been any better. I'm hoping maybe a walk tonight and moving tomorrow and a more purposeful meal plan. Sorry team This is hard.4 -
