    Exercise: 30 minutes stair climber and weight lift for 30 minutes( butt is dragging)
    Did well: committed to exercise
    Work on: getting more food in me. I only try to eat between 1-6pm. Sometimes only 4-6pm. No I am not hungry or I would eat more😂. It took about 5 weeks to get comfortable with a limited window, but it is the primary reason I have lost combined with s balanced diet and limited garbage carbs. Guys got to have his pizza and micro brew🤣.

    Thanks! I start off positive every morning but then go off track around 4 o'clock when I get the munchies. I'm not giving up, I'm in it for the long haul.

    Good afternoon everybody! This week is my birthday week, so there have been a few overindulgences. However, I’ve tried to balance the overindulgence with limits on other things, so I don’t have a huge calorie blowout. Fortunately, too, this week at work was so crazy busy that I met my step goal a couple days in a row, which never happens. So there’s definitely been some balancing, which makes me feel a lot better about the slight overindulgences. I think when i weigh in tomorrow I will show a slight gain, but I’ll get back on track. I’m super stoked that I was in the top 3 for the first week of September; hopefully I can keep up (or regain) some of that momentum for the rest of my weightloss journey.

    So this speaks to me this week. My dog had emergency surgery yesterday and didn't make it. I'm so heart broken. I ate 1/2 a pizza last night because I didn't know what else to do.
