So Last friday 99.2kg Monday 99kg Tuesday 98.8kg This morning 99.8kg Clearly, i must be monopausal...... In any case, the trend is downwards.

What a difference a day makes! What difference? 0.8kg of lard shed....overnight. Weird....but i will take it So, now 99.4kg

So, the scales are hardly moving but my clothes and belts tell a different story. Today 100.4kg I was once this weight, but a different shape. But that was a long time ago.

Oh, and make a BIG pot of chunky veggie soup, separate into pots and freeze. Low calories and you don't have to think about lunch or dinner. Or its a healthy ealry evening starter which avoids eating junk!

All as above. Im up at 0520. Hot Water and lemon first thing. Grapefruit/ orange and half avocado about 0730. Porridge and a spotnof honey about 0900. A piece of fruit for elevenses. Lunch is mostly grains _ lentils, quinoa, bulgur wheat with lots of veggies and definitely protein. Afternoon is mint tea and some nuts. Then…

So, inspiration is the spark, motivation is puuting the foot to the floor, but commitment/determination is the fuel in the tank. But mechanical metaphors avpid the trials of human psyche, as well as the trauma of good food and wine!!

Find someone to tell you to get off your lardy a55. When you start getting into it Nd seeing results, you will physicalky start to feel withdrawal symptoms if you do NOT work out. Dont be afraid to ask someone to kick your *kitten* for the first while. Thats why MFP exists.

I would also recommend gloves, even just fingerless mits and chamois cream. The gloves will protect hands on the steering wheel and if you come off. The cream because its another layer of protection for your......nethers.....when wearing cycling shorts. Enjoy!

40g porridge oats cooked with water. Add 20g honey and stir. Followed by a fresh orange.

Brush your teeth, drink a half pint of water, then get out the house and move- any sort of movement and even just for 10mins. Or get in touch and i will give you an electronic version of a kick in the a55 and remind you why you are here.
