I have walked 7 miles almost everyday since the start of the month. This is a 2 hour walk with hills, I feel 100% better. But the scale hasn’t budged. I know I have to watch what I eat in order to see a drop in weight so that’s my focus going forward. Glad to see so many of you out here doing your best to lose weight.…
