    Really hoping to lose another couple of pounds this month. Did really well last month and saw 3 or 4 new lows. I am hoping to continue that into August and see what I can do.

    August Start Weight: 143.7 (7/31 and 8/1 weigh ins)
    August Goal Weight: 140
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135-138

    August 1: 143.7 I think this is a little high still. I am hoping it will drop by next week. Beers and fast food from Tuesday
    August 7: 142.1 nice drop today. This is where I thought I would have been last week. Oh well, better late than never.
    August 14: 142.7 still floating around here. I actually saw 140 and 139 last week but spiked back up this week. Which is my norm. I should be back down next week and hopefully finish the month off great.

    I’m continuing my 2-hour walks and doing a better job of watching what I eat. I managed to shed 1 minute off my per mile speed! And the scale inched its way down this past week. Not a big loss but I’ll take it! Giving you all you all high-5s!

    Frustrated that I stayed the same this week, especially because I stayed at or below calories every day except Saturday. Really thought I'd have a loss! Oh well. Just need to keep on keeping on. Would be GREAT to have a 1 pound loss for next WI, and then another 1 pound loss by the 31st! Keeping my eye on the prize. :blush:
