Hi, all. Anyone else doing Couch to 5K? I had the app on my phone from ages ago and decided to give it a try again. First day is a mix of walking and short (1 minute) runs. 8 runs spread over 30 minutes with 1.5 minute walks in between. Turned 60 earlier this year, and retired, and decided this is the year of tackling my weight. Gaining 5 lbs in a year doesn't seem like much, until you do it consecutively for 16 years (!!!).
