I have quite a sweet tooth.. I factor in one sweet treat to my calories everyday. I love low fat fudge bars from Kroger - 80 calories, delicious, and does not taste like low fat! 5'6.5"/5'7" here. My goal weight is 130. I am currently 145 down from 178. I've gained a good bit of muscle but I still have at least 10lb of fat I'd like to lose. Right now I'm on the larger end of a size 6, would love to be comfortable in a size 4.

Yes, the time is going to pass by either way! And to be honest, the year really did fly by! I'm excited for what I can accomplish in the next year :smiley:
