  • I do the same thing. I always go higher if I have any doubts about how many calories I'm actually consuming. I don't have a good scale either so it's hard when cooking protein at home and trying to figure out if you are eating 3 oz or 4 oz. So I will usually go with 5 oz just to be safe.
  • I work in a restaurant and I find myself doing this after a double and not eating all day. Most of the time I'm really good about bring home salmon and veggies, but therr are some nights I just want tenders with buffalo sauce.
  • I have a dail scale in my home that I weigh with daily just to see how the scale is going, and then I weigh once a week once a week on a digital scale at my parents and record it on mfp. I have chosen Sunday but that's just because it just happened to be the first time I weight on a digital scale since starting.

  • I have a lot of hair it's long and thick as well. I'm a ponytail girl all the way and it rarely gets styled. I'm not able to wear my hair down for work. I wash about every 2 days and usually use dry shampoo on the morning of the second day.
