Let's lose 10 pounds in August

Looking for friends to help motivate and support to lose ten pounds by the end of August.

I'm 26 and I've been struggling with my weight more and more since giving birth to my son in November. Looking for friends of all kinds to share support, motivation, recipes and just talk about our daily struggles and how to over come them. Maybe we should form a group if enough people join in.

    Hi Momeri, I'm aiming for much the same thing in August! I think I've added you as a friend on here.

    1st Aug starting weight - 12 st 10 lb (178lb)
    Trying to get back down (ultimately) to 10 st 7). Lost a baby in May at 17 weeks and been using it as an excuse to binge eat and be lazy. Time to shape up!

    My boyfriend and I have just started TTC. I know it's a weird time to try and loose weight too but from everything I've been reading loosing weight helps to conceive and staying active and healthy during pregnancy is the best thing you can do
