  • August 1: 140.6 August 8: August 15: August 22: August 31: Goal 136.0!!!!! Let’s go! I’m going to do this by tracking my calories so I can be more aware of what I choose to eat. I’m also going to track my water and exercise. I’ll practice visualizing this and feeling energetic and proud every morning and evening. I’m ready.
