Soy is not bad for you. Some people claim it is, but I've never seen any evidence. It's been widely eaten for hundreds if not thousands of years. Yes, the impossible burger is processed, but so is any fast food.

You should see a doctor. The underlying cause of regular vomiting could be many things. Until you are recovered from whatever is causing you to vomit, you should focus on eating what you can keep down and not worry about calories.

Nutritional yeast or soy sauce, depending on what flavour I want. I can't use mushroom sources, they make me ill.

I think it's appalling. It's blatant profiteering, hooking children into diet culture, and promoting unhealthy and unsustainable ideas.

It depends what you set your activity settings as. If you put it as active, then the calorie goal is increased anyway. If you put sedentary, you need to eat at least some back to fuel your workout
