The only one of these that seems unusual to me is the hand scrubbing of the cloths. The rest are perfectly common in the UK.

That was what confused me, being in the UK. Once I realised what it meant, I tried it. I can see the appeal, but I think it's an acquired taste.

I used to be very confused by the concept of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, until I realised that jelly is something different to what it is in the UK  (This was about 20 years ago)

A lot of people who cannot tolerate cow milk can tolerate sheep or goats milk cheeses but not all. Vegan cheeses are also worth looking at. I can make specific recommendations but they are only useful for the UK.

Manual scales teens to show stones and pounds and kilograms. Digital scales probably have a setting that allows them to flip between the two. Mine are set to kg because stones are outdated and not really used much any more

Neither shoes nor orthotics have made the slightest difference for me. Stretching is the important thing - the Achilles and the foot itself.

I went onto a mini pill for a short while last year whilst waiting for an overdue mirena replacement. It definitely caused me to put on water weight. When in realised it was making me ill, I stopped taking it and dropped 2kg in 3 days.

Oat milk is what you need.
-
Fruit juice - by which I mean fruit juice, not fruit juice drink. I'd rather eat fruit. Smoothies. Waste of good fruit. Shop bought cake. Fake ice cream like Halo top.
-
What you describe isn't labelled as fruit juice in most places.

Do not refer to women as 'females'. It is insulting and belittling, and makes you sound like a Ferengi. It's a word used by incels and MRAs.

Twice a day. One will be a full shower, the other will be a quick freshen up.

If this persists, consult your doctor to eliminate medical causes such as thyroid function

Vegetarians don't just eat side dishes and salads and appetisers.

Cauliflower tastes of soil. No matter how it's prepared, no matter how skilled the cook/chef, no matter how tasty the batter or dressing - it tastes like soil.

Swimming is fanatic exercise. Anyone who claim otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about. It makes you hungry because it uses a lot of energy!
-
I would strongly suggest you need to speak to your medical team. This is not something for strangers on the internet.

Given that no-one* was born in the gym, everyone was new once. *I await the onslaught of stories about babies born in gyms

1200 calories is far too low. Even MFP lists it as the absolute minimum

There's a difference between headlines and trolling on forums. I'm not offended, but you really need to get out more.
-
So you were over dramatic in order to get a reaction. That's called trolling

Whoops, didn't notice the necromancy. There's still no such thing as detox.

Soy is not bad for you. Some people claim it is, but I've never seen any evidence. It's been widely eaten for hundreds if not thousands of years. Yes, the impossible burger is processed, but so is any fast food.

I don't condone the killing of animals for food or entertainment.

You should see a doctor. The underlying cause of regular vomiting could be many things. Until you are recovered from whatever is causing you to vomit, you should focus on eating what you can keep down and not worry about calories.

Nutritional yeast or soy sauce, depending on what flavour I want. I can't use mushroom sources, they make me ill.

Maybe they think it's "woo hoo", and agree emphatically?

I think it's appalling. It's blatant profiteering, hooking children into diet culture, and promoting unhealthy and unsustainable ideas.
