Could be salt and water retention, if you haven't had a bowel movement, the clothes you are weighing yourself in, and if you are working out you can replace it with muscles. There are many factors to consider.

I am working on eating whatever I want when it pleases me. Most of my food is healthy choices, but if I want to reach out for a candy bar I do it and enjoy it. I am working on getting rid of thoughts of foods as cheat foods. They are all foods and some are better to enjoy more often than others :)

I don't suggest meal replacement shakes/ drinks at all. We are meant to eat real and nourishing food until we are satisfied :)

calories aren't what makes a food healthy or not, it's the nutritional profile that makes it "healthy or unhealthy". Either way, a calorie is a calorie

My partner has put on around 45 lbs in the last year and a half. It doesn't bother me at all. He eats foods that wouldn't be considered healthy and he eats big portions of it. I love him and care about his health. He is overweight, but isn't suffering health ailments. He likes his "junk foods", and that is fine with me.…

Was vegan, what's up?

Oats are a great natural whole grain, grains are great for you :) Yay to plants! Ways to sweeten it would be by adding fruit and using soymilk or other plant milks. I find light vanilla oat milk to be very good for this! Or you can add a little maple syrup, honey, and agave nectar to add sweetness
