@heidipatterson100 Lunch- Lettuce taco boats Big lettuce leaves, spicy beans, rice, corn and tomato mix, hummus (I really wanted guac, but it didn't fit into my fats, so I left it out.) I never had popcorn sprinkled with pickle juice! Interesting! Vegan here, taco boats sound great.

At age 72 and with damaged knees, I'm a very slow runner, but my happy place is putting in the miles on the trails. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, easily.
