I don't even remember why I quit spinning and dropped out of the group. Been back on the Peloton Bike+ and just joined a new fitness center that has spin classes. I'm definitely up for another go at it in 2023. Bill

Hoping to be back in the next day or two to finish out the month. Finally feeling better after what? 2 weeks? Lots of OJ, oranges liquids, and lots of sleep. All I wanted to do is sleep. Still blowing snot/coughing up yuck, but sore throat is gone, " run over by a truck," body ache is gone.

Starting the month off with 3 Pass days already. Fighting some kind of bug that just keeps hanging on.This too shall pass. I'll take however many days I need to get over this, and plan to come back strong!

I've been missing for a bit. I just finished a retreat at my parish, St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception. I'm on the team that led the retreat, so between planning meetings, etc., and preparing talks that I gave, I put exercise totally on the back burner. See you all next month!!

Been off the rails a few days riding a sugar binge high! Just couldn't get excited to climb on the Peloton yesterday or today. Decided to listen to my body and take a couple complete rest days!
