a cheap carton of egg whites and a low cal sugar free syrup is what i use when bodybuilding sounds gross af but it really dasnt taste bad with the syrup its like 300cals for a good 58g of protien i use the small 500g cartons. plus its safe since the egg whites in the carton are pasteurized

i did omad for awhile i was on 1800 to 2000 cals a day so id fast 24 hours hours then eat all my calories in a 1 to 2 hour time frame i wouldn't recommend this but.... fasting is a good tool to be used weather its 5 and 2 omad warrior diet 16-8 as long as its not a starvation fast like you are still eating its a good…

depends on goal i guess i went from 380 pounds to 185 never ate my exercise calories but for someone on 1330 calories a day probly best to eat them health is better then rapid weight loss witch will in turn lead to binge days just make sure the exercise calories are close to accurate if you do eat them

i wouldn't go for a all out hypertrophy program stick with the same rep scheme 5x5 but maybe add a volume day so a 3x10 or a 10x3 rep range day/whatever assesorys you like to do cutting weight makes you weaker its important to try and keep strength while cutting so staying on that program as you cut sure you wont be going…
