Sometimes - actually, who am I kidding? - quite often, when it is cold or I can't seem to keep warm and I want a fresh salad, I end up heating up that salad in the microwave. If you're anything like my Mom, I reckon warm lettuce and cucumbers might appall you.

Morning session of Team Body Project's "Triple Pump", then their "Swinging Sixties". Momma joined me for the latter (: Then I crunched in another simple one-mile outdoor walk on my break between Zoom classes around noon. The weather was glorious, by the way -- it reached nearly 75°F, and the skies were painted blue with…

Again, I don't like to say "obsessed", but more recently I've been frequently enjoying Crepini Egg White with Cauliflower Thins - the latest thing I've tried is making "crisps" or "chips" out of them: I slice each then into triangles, spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then bake them (watching them…

@cugogirl2017 I like it -- I like it a lot. :) Do you have a combination of letters for the next acronym? ;)

Meaning you prefer cold folds that are traditionally served cold to warm/hot foods that are traditionally served warm/hot, or you'd rather have foods that are traditionally served warm/hot once they are cooled? Or both? (I hope I'm making sense :s )

I have nothing but chuckles and laughter to contribute here, but I must ask a question that's been burning in my mind since first reading this thread: Where on Earth do you all find these jokes??

Some of the students in the Kindergarten class I work with have started addressing me by my actual name, when I worried that they didn't even know the simplified version of my name ("Miss G"). THEN, yesterday and today, they told me they love me before class was dismissed and we logged out of the Zoom class sessions for…

Today's morning session was Team Body Project's "Complete Low". I just crunched in a brief one-mile walk during my break time. Woof!! The Autumn weather is speedily arriving! Rainy one here today, but still a grand day to rejoice -- especially in movement outdoors.

Well, only partially false. I love the plain ol'-fashioned tee (particularly men's tees -- can any other woman here relate to me in that they prefer men's clothing to most women's clothing?) ....but I prefer my Under Armour joggers/light sweat pants to jeans. :) The Next Pal has never used Zoom web communication.

Sometimes I miss being able to air pop or stove-top pop popcorn and just munch on it. I didn't enjoy the butter or other popular toppings -- nothing sweet like caramel, not even cheese or anything like that -- just plain ol' popcorn with a dash of salt and seasonings like cayenne pepper, garlic powder, dill, parsley,…
