  • I find your attempts at levity somewhat humorous but I’m saddened that you do not take your fitness more seriously. Many of you will have shorter lives because of it. I want each of you to have a long life of rainbows and sunshine. Eat well and exercise daily. Calisthenics are very good for you.
  • Maybe your fitness commitment isn’t up to theirs. That’s why I would drop someone.
  • Each workout is personally designed for you. I’m not comfortable making those public because your workout may not be as intense as someone else’s. And vice a versa. None of them would be to the level that I do.

  • I am not sure why I was asked to look at this thread. While I am happy that Bryce takes fitness seriously, probably to a lesser scale than I do, I don’t see where wealth should play a role in friendship.
  • I see that you’re trying to encourage others just like I am. I think everyone here needs all the encouragment they can get. I would, however, caution you on having them view your workouts on Instagram until they see my workouts.
  • As a young man my first workout experiences were to videotapes of Jane Fonda and Denise Austin. At the time I thought their workouts were very helpful and innovated but now they would most likely be watching video tapes of me.

  • My package will sometimes escape my gym shorts but I will finish my reps before rehoming them. That’s how important my fitness is to me.

  • You should not skimp on workout clothes. you want to look your best at the gym. For me, people are looking at my body not necessarily my clothes but for 99% of everyone else out there, they need the clothes to be the focus, not their body.
  • I’ve never sent unsolicited pics of my male genitalia to women. I’ve had many men asked to see it because they’ve heard stories and are simply amazed once they see it. I don’t do it to embarrass them but to show them what a healthy lifestyle could lead them to.

  • Fish is a very important part of a healthy diet. And fish do swim in water. So if you eat plenty of fish and drink plenty of water you’re on the road to a very healthy you! Be the best you can be!
  • Most people will find that most exercises are hard. But not me. I find them relatively easy. I just think I’m better than most people at doing exercises but I’m always willing to help others Let me know how I can help you have rainbows and sunshine in your day!

  • I would recommend strawberries for a healthy diet but don’t see a benefit from flushing them down the toilet.
