Make 2021 the best
It’s a new year and it can be a new you. Please follow me and you’ll be the best you’ve ever been. Listen to my counsel and you will have nothing but rainbows and sunshine in your life the whole year long. My goal for 2021 is to be the member of the month every month at my gym.

Covid vaccine
The best vaccine for coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, is following me and my workout regiment The CDC has been consulting with me and agrees. I’m almost done editing my VHS workout tapes. They would make a great Christmas gift for someone. Rainbows and sunshine!

Stay safe from COVID
Just letting everyone know that they need to wash their hands to help stop the spread. Personal hygiene is important. Ladies, make sure your front toilet is clean. Gentlemen, wash after directing urine out of your sin stick.

Because of my excellent health and work out routine I will not be impacted by the virus however for the safety of others I encourage everyone to wear a mask and social distance as much as possible Let’s make sure the rest of the year is rainbows and sunshine for everyone!

Delay in podcast
I’m sad to report that there will be a delay in the release of my new podcast. My mother’s financial backing has to be put on hold because of commitments to her auxiliary club. But I hope to have it launch shortly after the new year. Rainbows and sunshine will not be squashed because of financial issues. I promise!

Many of you will watch football but I recommend dancing with the stars because those are the real athletes burning many calories in preparation for their dance each week My mom and I like to watch it together and we always pick a favor and vote What was your calorie burn today? Do you feel you did your best?

Do not eat avocado toast
Do not jump on this fad. It is not nutritious. Instead, a tablespoon of wheat germ in your water will do the trick. I’m happy I can provide this useful formation so that you can live a full life.
