It keeps you regular. It will bring rainbows and sunshine to your intestinal track.

It looks a lot like used motor oil in a cup, so I suppose drinking something that looks so gross could help guys feel more manly.

I’ve never drank motor oil so I can’t speak to that.

It definitely was a straining choice but I decided to quit.

I hve no problem eating prunes...or dried plums, if you prefer. But prune juice is hard to get down. And how the heck is anyone getting juice out of dried fruit anyway. Nobody's juicing raisins, yet people drink grape juice. On the other hand, plum juice isn't something you see on your supermarket shelves.

Well... that depends on your location (and definition of "juice")...

I think we actually have a bottle of Slivovitz in the house...in case the rabbi comes to visit.

You can make a Pumpkin Prune Loaf with it for the holidays that is delicious AND will help move the "Turkey or Ham Dinner" on its way through ;)

Try it, I'll bet you like it

According to my doctor eating the prunes has more fibre than the juice.

Every morning I have a "breakfast bar" which has rolled oats, chopped almonds, shaved coconut, PB2, local honey and blended prunes. It's delicious, under 150 calories and holds me through my morning lap swim and until lunch.

I love prunes, they taste great. Juice is a little sweet for me... I'd rather eat the fruit, but I prefer that with every fruit... not much of a juice drinker. Prune Danish used to be around, which was great, but I haven't seen it in bakeries for years. But, those li'l demons are tough on the internal highway, if you eat one too many.

The benefit is... you're always first in line cuz everyone around you clears out. I'd only eat them when home alone, for the entire day.
