Happy Hump Day!
The focus of your workout today should be your hump. Do a lot of squats and reverse lunges. If you have a mirror I would recommend doing these in front of the mirror to observe your form. Keep your chest out, do not bend at the waist. Message me if you need assistance doing it the right way.

Motivation
Motivation is key to your health. Make sure you’re surrounded by people who will motivate you and not tear you down. I have found that I am the best motivator to myself.
