Hump Day Workout
For all of you who ruined your weekend by eating too much bread here is a good Wednesday workout to make your hump look really good. Make sure you do this.
1. 20 squats
2. 20 forward lunges
3. 20 reverse lunges
4. 20 sumo squats with a weight
5. 20 skaters.
Repeat 2x
Drink plenty of water and limit your carbs. Love me as much as I love you.

I did eat too much bread this weekend, as I do on weekdays as well, but I’d argue that it didn’t ruin my weekend, only made it better.

Actually this weekend I baked a giant hoagie roll and hollowed it out into a canoe. Then I paddled it in a river of cheese. I did drink water, though.0
