    RevGym2,

What workout do you recommend for me? I'd like to benefit greatly!

    Thank-you in advance

Each workout is personally designed for you. I’m not comfortable making those public because your workout may not be as intense as someone else’s. And vice a versa.

None of them would be to the level that I do.

I take that as a challenge!

Tell us what your workout is, and while you're at it, maybe post a screenshot of your food diary...by doing so, you may benefit someone greatly!

Do you accept smoke signals? My carrier pigeons are under the weather at the moment. They have not been living their best life, they are weak and not following the workout program.

I find your attempts at levity somewhat humorous but I’m saddened that you do not take your fitness more seriously. Many of you will have shorter lives because of it.

I want each of you to have a long life of rainbows and sunshine. Eat well and exercise daily. Calisthenics are very good for you.

I do but considering your friends drop you from their friends list I have doubts on how seriously you take fitness. I want to help you. I want you to be just as good as me.

I use a kettle bell and I squat. That's some pretty serious workouts. Some might call me a gym rat. I technically dont go to the gym. But some might say that.

That’s a great start. What do you do in the form of calisthenics?

A good jump rope is essential to a solid fitness program. I’m happy to hear that you have one. It will definitely bring rainbows and sunshine to your life

Your form is good but you may want to ramp up the intensity so that your calorie burn exceeds your carb intake.

My jump rope is not bringing sunshine and rainbows into my life. I believe it is defective. @RevGym2 where do I procure a proper one?

I currently have a wrist injury so I can’t do yoga. This is definitely affecting the amount of rainbows and sunshine in my life 😢. My current plan is to replace the yoga with extra cardio and of course extra carbs since they help me feel less bummed about the lack of yoga.
Do you agree with this plan @RevGym2?
I would like to be as fabulous as you.

Is there a Flava Flav workout routine? Wear some dense gold and an oversized stopwatch around your neck whilst gyrating? If not, I'll be in talks with Mr. Flav.

Rev Gym, I have never asked you for advice before. Hoping you can help. My workout is very intensive. I do ten reps each morning. Up down, up down, 10 times, then the other eyelid, 10 times. I walk. From the bed to the sofa, back again. I push and pull things, like the fridge door. I lift heavy things. Like a 2 quart carton of ice cream. None of those sissy pints for me. Rev, I just don’t understand why I’m not loooosing any weight with all this exercise. Where are my sunshine and rainbows?

I don’t mean for this to come across as cruel but based on what you described your rainbows and sunshine’s are resting in the lard of your gut.

i *kitten* up yesterday should i just write off the rest of this week and start over again next Monday ??

    yesterday ???

.... heck, the last 25 years have been a complete disaster.

should I just write the whole thing off and roll the dice for a chance at reincarnation ?

Spirit animals could be the solution. I think they must be used a bit outside the prescribed manner.

I would continue with your jumping jacks but you need to increase your intensity
