    My question is what would you recommend for someone who just runs or dances in form a strength training and could you perhaps make you're own workout video.....I'm thinking I really haven't seen a good one since good o' Dickie Simmons circa 1980sish?

    Rev Gym, I have never asked you for advice before. Hoping you can help. My workout is very intensive. I do ten reps each morning. Up down, up down, 10 times, then the other eyelid, 10 times. I walk. From the bed to the sofa, back again. I push and pull things, like the fridge door. I lift heavy things. Like a 2 quart carton of ice cream. None of those sissy pints for me. Rev, I just don’t understand why I’m not loooosing any weight with all this exercise. Where are my sunshine and rainbows?

    How many calories does prolonged shuddering, with intermittent twitches, burn?

    I dined and supped on bread alone yesterday! (and wine, and a piece of licorice)...Bread was fresh baked with no preservatives!
    ...I got my 10 000 steps in...in slow, widely spaced out intervals!!
