Who wants to join me and some fitness activity tonight? I can post what I recommend you doing.

My mom said she would make a chart to help everyone keep track.

    2. 10 push-ups
    3. 40 jumping jacks
    4. 30 squat jumps

    I read what you posted here two times. While eating the chocolate lava cake and drinking a glass of wine. Does that count?
