Do not jump on this fad. It is not nutritious. Instead, a tablespoon of wheat germ in your water will do the trick.

I’m happy I can provide this useful formation so that you can live a full life.

Are avocados more nutritious that way as well?

Yes, but don't stop at one. Father Nutrition says "Fill 'er up!"

I raise you one and will try avocado toast as a suppository. What else ya got?

Remove the pit first or just go all 'whole food' on it?

Keep the pit. It'll eventually grow into a new avocado. Viola, saves you a bundle.

Doctors will be jealous of our avocado money saving system.

I’m disappointed that everyone has turned in my nutritional advise into a means of inserting improper humor. Having items removed from your rectal cavity is a serious matter and should not be joked about

It can be a serious matter when the patient has to be taken to the OR to have the item removed.

But, when there is a cell phone in there that vibrates, one can’t help but find humor in that.....
