    Currently have gray skies with snow flurries here. I'll try your recommendation, but I predict there will be no sunshine and rainbows.

    I didn’t check out Chit Chat yesterday, so I missed the recommendation yesterday. Now I’m going to be 0 for 2 on your recommendations this week (sigh).
    I did not eat any chicken yesterday or today. I ate chili instead.
    Oh well, maybe next recommendation I can get on track.

    What's a hip bridge? I know a hip thrust and a glute bridge, is it some hybrid move?
