I’m sure 99.9% of y’all did not eat well last week and have continued your bad habits into this week. Let me guide you into a healthy holiday season.

Nothing but water and unseasoned chicken until New Year’s Day. I know you can do it. Make me proud.

    Tuna is a high-quality choice but you have to worry about the mercury. That’s why I recommend unseasoned chicken.

    Unseasoned Mercury has a very long shelf life too

    I am not familiar with the various ways that mercury can be prepared I just know it’s not good for you so I would not recommend it as part of your daily diet. I hope you find this helpful.
