I'm hoping this is the week I get my mojo back. Kept under my calories today. In quite a bit of pain and started back at work today. I'm glad the weight is dropping. I need a new compression garments so have squandered another $$$. I'm now 3kg away from my maintenance weight and can't wait to be back working out.

I don't feel as if I've let the team down now whoop whoop! Daily check in for today Pain levels - high! Calories- under Exercises - light walk Sleep - non existent. It's so hot and muggy.

63.9kg for me this week- Week 2 I am feeling so much stronger by the day. Back to work tomorrow for me

Hiya ladies! Thank you for all your well wishes. I've spent more time awake today than asleep and I've halved the daily dosage of pain killers so hopefully will be a bit more mobile in the next few days. 0 steps today. Tracking my meals and calories but exercise will have to take aback burner for now

Thank you ladies! I'm well on the way to recovery now. Spent more time awake today than asleep. Also easing back on pain meds. I'll keep checking in and will skip a weigh in this week. Will be back to weighing again next week

I've owned this coat for 2 years and have never been able to fit into it. This week not only did I fit into it, I also wore 2 layers under! Zipped up, arms not tight! Yay!
