I've lost 21kg on IF but by deliberately creating a deficit. I grew up fasting - thanks religion so it was pretty easy for me to start and stick to it. My children do circus training and gymnastics - all body weight and some ropes (pretty heavy). They love it and do it at home when we're weight training too. We also do a lot of dancing. I'm African so any music with lots of drums and a good beat! We easily spend 2 hours dancing a day during the weekend. When we go hiking…

I do at least a 2 hour walk on my rest days. Usually a gentle stroll but basically I work out everyday in one form or the other.

I go at the gym at 5am. There's no chance in hell of eating then! I usually have breakfast around 11am or don't have any. It's not delibrate. It's thanks to having little babies back to back and forgetting to feed myself so I'm used to not eating early in the day.

I do but it always goes in my bra as I'm walking out of the changing room! If I forgert to take it off, it comes off immediately I wrap my fingers round a bar and again into my bra it goes!

15/11 Weigh in Friday - 69.3kg Week 1 weigh in - 68.2kg! Track: yes Calories: Over Exercise: None. Was up for most of the night so took some sleeping pills and slept for almost 19 hours! (I suffer insomnia so they're prescribed pills!) I'm not surprised at the increase in weight. It's been a hard week!
