  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Y (110 minutes) Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes actually forgot to eat so all good! Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I felloff the tracks midway but Oct has been good over all! Started at 73kg and ending at 69.4kg! I'll be very dedicated in Nov!
