I always used to take a cod liver oil tablet daily for my joints but stopped when I was pregnant and never started taking them again. I bulk make my own version of McDonalds McMuffins - bacon egg and sausage. I normally cook 12 at a time and freeze - then just defrost one overnight a quick 45-60 second blast in the microwave to warm through and eat on the way to work and I'm full until lunch. Someone on here gave me the idea.

I did consider that I may be because of the reduction in Calories based on what I was eating before - but on game day I make sure to eat extra (all healthy of course) and generally I do get a good night sleep after a game but I will take both points on board before jumping into the world of powders Thanks you

Thank you - is there a particular brand or type of Creatine I should look for? and I'm finding that my protein is also below target but I'm trying to incorporate it into my food better where possible.
