Yes, I do weigh myself every morning. It is just habit and it keeps me aware. I think it can be stressful for some people but I make a point to keep in mind that certain times of the month I am always 2 or 3 pounds heavier and I think the daily weigh in sets my tone for the day. Thanks!!
