Yeah it told me I burnt 279 calories for 30 minute brisk walk. I was power walking & I did break a sweat. Just not sure if I burnt 279 calories, I sure hope so anyway haha. Also I try not to eat/drink back the calories too, but some days I do. Some days I’ve gone over, not good. I’m on 1200 calories a day. It feel like it…

Thank you I’ll use 25g for 14 calories on my breakfast.

Me too, my baby is 9 1/2 months pregnant. It’s hard. I’m walking every day. Anyone got tips on other post-patrum exercises to do?

Just started to think maybe it’s not a good idea to bank exercise calories (use them for treats/wknds/outings etc) - because would this slow down weight loss? Maybe only bank from the daily calories you have?
-
For example 535 klj is 128 calories

I found that say on packaging you know how it gives you the kilojoules - well using a converter, convert to calories. Then once you know the calories, find something in the database that matches that & if not make your own entry. Does everyone else think this is ok?
-
Ok thanks for that
-
Oh great thanks guys... phew 😊 that’s great. I’ll do that
-
Oh no, I was hoping there were food options that were specifically chosen/made by myfitnesspal. Ok if I researched the calories myself & wanted to enter them, would I have to upgrade to premium?

* I don’t always use the shakes
-
* sorry the shakes don’t “give me more calories” I just mean they are low in calories, so it it takes less out of my daily 1200 calories limit.

Thanks NovusDies, this makes sense. So I guess I’ll see how it goes. I seem to get extra calories due to walking exercises. Also if I have meal replacement shakes (natures way Slim Right) because they are low calories, this also sometimes gives me more. But yeah I’ll have to see how my energy levels go too. Thanks again :)

Ok thanks a lot. Once I get the app I’ll do that. For now I’ll just add the left over calories up by day. However I do get a message in red telling me that I’m suppose to use all calories up, when I’ve entered by daily entry. Anyone else get this?
-
Ok thanks. I’m guessing when you say ‘banking calories’ this is an option on the app? I’m using web browser, so not sure how to do that. I could just write the left over calories down manually?

Awesome:) because of exercise I sometimes end up with not using all calories. But would be good to use them for the weekend.

It says 242

Hi great thank you for the information. Is the activity tracker like a counting steps wrist band or something. I really want to get one but not sure what to get. Also I posted a screen shot of the figure I was talking about under exercise part. Just wondering where that figure came from, did myfitnesspal work that figure…
