Anyone struggle sometimes with their calorie intake goal? I’m on 1200
I’m on 1200 calories per day, if I do about an hours cardio and about 10 - 15 minutes of weight training I’ll allow myself to about 1400-1500 calories per day. How many calories in silverside meat from a deli?
I’ve checked on here they are all different, google is different, calorie king says different. There is no nutrition value on the packaging, as it’s from Coles Deli. I used 60g

What’s a good portion size of cooked rice for dinner & at least a rough idea of the calories?
Finding it hard to work out a healthy portion size of white rice cooked. I have Coles brand white rice planned for dinner tonight. 1/2 a cup or 1 cup? Any advice? I’d like to know the calories too. Thanks.

So just like when you eat out, you don’t always know the exact amount of calories/kilojoules in a meal, if it’s not available. Pasta so high in calories, any healthy ones?
I knew pasta wasn’t the healthiest idea for weight loss. But just saw calories in “community co large shells pasta” for 125g which is the serving size (not sure if cooked or uncooked) but is 456 calories. Any healthy pastas that anyone knows of?

Is my maths equation correct for breaking down grams to find correct klj?
Ok so I have a jar of leggos pesto. On the jar it reads 47g portion size to be 465klj. How long do you keep wraps in the pantry for after opening
I have a pack of “simons pantry whole grain large wraps”. They have 8 in the packet. I realised on the back it said consume within 3 days. I can’t eat 8 wraps in 3 days haha. Would you allow over the 3 days even if they looked & smelt fine?

How do you enter your salad that you put in sandwich or wrap?
Just wondering if there is an entry, even just a manual entry for basic salad in a wrap or sandwich. Lettuce, tomato, onion, spinach leaves, carrot, cucumber etc I find it hard of what to enter for these low calorie foods that probably isn’t a huge amount being used. Any tips?

Anyone log their exercise as less just incase?
So rather than entering a brisk walk id enter it as moderate so that way just in case. I’d rather under estimate calories earnt from exercise than over.

What are the best exercises for post-baby weight
I’m 9 1/2 post patrum & at the biggest I’ve ever been. I’m 32. Has anyone got some tips on what exercises I can do each day to help with my weight loss. I currently brisk walk daily for 30 minutes at the very minimum. I’m on a 1200 calorie intake. What else should I do?

How many calories to burn per day
So myfitnesspal worked out that I’m allowed 1200 calories per day. Under the exercise section it has a figure of 242 calories. Is this the goal amount of how many calories I’m to burn per day that myfitnesspal worked out for me?
