Egg sandwich: 2 scrambled eggs(140cal) with 1tsp coconut oil(40cal) + 2slices of Dave's Killer Bread Organic 21 Whole Grains and Seeds(120cal) which brings it to 300cal

I work out 6days a week and one day rest, 15-30 minutes cardio following by body weight and weight lifting, each day focusing on different mussels and 5 minutes cool down at the end. Total would be 50-60 minutes work out each day.
