Thanks everyone! I do not drink sodas or caffeine. Only water & coconut water here and there and a lot of it. Today is day 3 of drastically lowering my calories so I am not sure if my body just needs to get adjusted or what. I have the Versa. Don’t waste your time or money. This is my 3rd replacement after the previous ones went out on my. I’m thinking about switching to the Apple Watch because fitbit are trash to be honest.

My motivation for not eating out is simply knowing that I’m cutting my calories significantly lower by cooking at home. Probably close to half!
