That's okay. I'm sure I'll figure it out They closed the only thrift store in town a few months ago. Not enough people were going to it. The goodwill here also closed their store about 2 years ago.

A side of some vegan maple sausages & a few vegetarian chorizo, eggs, & potato burritos. It's not that high in calories, but I'm trying really hard to stay away from heavily processed foods right now or at least for a little while.

It sounds to me like you may not be getting enough calories. As above said, try just focusing on getting your daily calories first before you decide to fast. Remember that men need a different calorie intake than women too, so make sure you calculate your bmi to get the right amount of calories to meet your needs & goals.…
