Working out with an autoimmune disease
What do you do when your body goes in a flare later on in the day after a workout? My body is just super stiff & in so much pain right now. I had a heating pad on my back earlier & now have an ice pack on my back which is helping a little, but not much. My fatigue is also getting me right now which is also adding to this.

Does your dog or pet freak out during storms too? The weather here is finally starting to change. It's really dark & the sky is colored weird outside, the winds are picking up pretty hard tonight. I tend to carry my weight in my lower stomach. What are some good exercises that can help target that area? I have difficulty doing burpees & often get back pain for doing some exercises on the floor. Any suggestions? Ty!
