I slipped on a wet floor and fell down a flight of stairs. I bumped down on my bum and felt every step. I scraped my elbow on the way down. I have a huge bump on my bottom. Although I feel a bit sore at the moment I remember thinking on the descent! I'm ok I'm ok I'm ok.😁

Thanks for your replies, I will look into an app on my phone to help me track. I guess I just thought that the type of excercise I'm referring to just wasn't intense enough to add. Although in saying that, it does feel quite intense when I'm doing it. 🙂
