Stalls are natural. Be happy and grateful were you are. Stressing will only lead to a longer stall. I have been through about 5 stalls in my weight loss journey. The ones i stressed were the worst and longest. Keep living healthy.

I am almost exactly in the same boat exept my boat is bigger 30lbs bigger to be exact. My advice start logging food intake, get back to exercise some how. Basically love on you, not food!

Hi. I lost 160 lbs with the help of gastric bypass in 2008. Although its not working the same after all these years and i have regained 30. My doc is not so happy. Plus the quality of what little food i was eating wasn't great. I am here to lose the 30 slowly. With a big change in what am eating. Plus i didnt excercise…

Hi. I just re joined again after a few years of "flying solo" the accountability really helped. Its tedious to keep record, but you can really look back at your self and analyze your eating/exercise behavior. Its great that the app allows friends now. It might make me even more accountable. Friend me to keep it real
