Hey - I’m not a vegetarian or vegan, but I noticed when I put broccoli into MFP it counted as protein. Is the protein in dark green veggies “as good as” the protein I get from chicken and etc?

I admire all you people who can drink your coffee black; it gives me a stomach ache when I do. I use unsweetened almond milk and it took a while to get used to the lack of sweetness, but now when I do put a little splash of sweetness in my coffee, it tastes like a treat, instead of just.....morning.

I tried Halo Top twice, one was birthday cake flavor and I think the other was mint chocolate chip. They were revolting! I couldn't believe all the online raves, it was like Halo Top hired spammers and paid them per mention or something. Better to just have a little regular light ice cream and enjoy it.

All I know is, the treadmill I use is probably set for a 180-200 lb man, and I'm a 125-129 pound (middle aged) woman. It tells me that I have burned like 300 calories in half an hour, never breaking into a jog, and I knew that was absurd. Hi, I’m new too! I don’t think you’re stuck, because a doctor told me that losing half a pound a week is the healthiest route to actual permanent long-term (etc) weight loss to maintenance. It’s the rate with the least “backslides.” 😁😁
