Back up to 138lbs today, which is basically my starting weight 😣 I've been away for the weekend so expected a little gain but this is annoying. Can't have actually gained 3lbs in a week though so I will weigh again in a few days!

Starting weight: 138lbs Current weight: 135lbs Goal weight: 120lbs Lost so far: 3lbs I've been away for a week and then ill for a few days, so I've not been working out and eating has been all over the place and I've definitely not been logging. So I'm pleasantly surprised I haven't gained!

So, first day checking in with planks (pretty much a beginner so starting slow!)... Feb 2nd: 3 X 30 second forearm plank 2 X 15 second side plank 2 X 30 second side plank Total: 3 minutes Will aim for 60 minutes this month.

I'm around 5' 5", I am 138lbs currently which is closer to the top than the bottom of the healthy BMI range. I am trying to lose weight because I know I felt better when I was close to the lighter end of the "healthy" range, but I am mostly trying to increase strength and fitness. I don't actually think I look overweight…

Vegetarian for ever, vegan for 14 years here. Happy to add friends and open diary to friends if it would help! Though I often just add ingredients individually rather than making them into recipes so it may look a bit weird! X

Thanks both. I actually had some bands years ago but they were either too light or I wasn't using them properly because they weren't doing much for me. I will look into getting a better set, could be a good solution! There won't be a gym where I'm staying but I will be walking up plenty of hills so it won't be a sedentary…

^^ The Happy Pear are great! Today I've had homemade hummus on toast for breakfast (not what I usually have but the cupboards were almost bare!) Lunch was a slice of harrissa roasted cauliflower tart with green salad, capers and chia seeds.

Hello, vegan for 14 years here! First tip: don't believe anyone who says you won't get enough protein, there are plenty of ways to get protein from a vegan/ plant based diet. I am currently upping my protein intake to about twice the RDA as I have started lifting weights again, and I am finding it quite simple. Keep going…

Happy to befriend any of you . I am also starting again, trying to lose about 14lbs fairly slowly but mostly get stronger and fitter. Eating mostly wholefoods and trying not to drink too much beer 🙄. Doing fairly well for motivation at the moment but could always use buddies!

Just a gentle 45min swim today. I'm getting back into weights after a while but trying to put some different forms of exercise in between the lifting days- swimming, cycling or yoga.
