Strength training on holiday

Hi all, new member here so apologies if this has been discussed hundreds of times!
I started lifting weights again a few weeks ago and have just got to the point where I'm feeling the benefits- not too much soreness the day(s) after, really enjoying the workouts, starting to lift a little more weight.
In a few days I'm going away for a week, and though I don't want it to be a preoccupation during my holiday, I also don't want to lose the progress I've made. Any resources/ exercises you could recommend so that I can keep some semblance of training going whilst in an Airbnb room?
I know some bodyweight exercises I can do, but mostly worried about losing my deadlift progress!

Some hotels have gyms ... so if you're in one of those, you can use the gym.
Or ...
There are different bands you can bring with you and use ... different colours = different "weights". They are small and relatively light to bring.
And ...
You could focus on cardio ... running, cycling, maybe swimming depending on where you are.1 -
Get some resistance bands. A band looped under your feet and held in your hands as you squat should help with the deadlift worries. There's loads of stuff you can do with bands. Most sets come with a set of suggestions.1

Thanks both. I actually had some bands years ago but they were either too light or I wasn't using them properly because they weren't doing much for me. I will look into getting a better set, could be a good solution!
There won't be a gym where I'm staying but I will be walking up plenty of hills so it won't be a sedentary sort of holiday!0 -
It’s a week. It sounds like you’re going to be quite active. Just do that. You’ll be carrying luggage and doing things you maybe don’t ordinarily do. Consider this a deload week and enjoy your holiday. Your muscles won’t waste away. And a week of R&R will likely have you coming back to better workouts.2

A week is not going to backslide any substantial progress. In fact having a bit of a break or mixing up your workout with bodyweight exercises, etc. can have benefits. Relax, do what exercise fits in your holiday, and enjoy.1

I've never strength trained on vacation, especially if it's only a week. You aren't going to lose progress in a week. In fact, I usually come back and set new PRs after a week off. That deload can be very beneficial to a full recovery.0 -
Thanks for the advice everyone. I know a week isn't that long to take off, it's only because I've JUST started making progress that I'm worried. Years ago I used to lift and went on holiday without thinking about it but that was after I'd built up a bit more progress.
Until a few weeks ago I was only making it to the gym once or twice a week at most so I wasn't progressing, and now I've just started seeing some changes I don't want to upset anything.1 -
I've got a couple red bands ... these ...

Red is the lightest and they go up from there ... each colour is a different resistance. The page I linked above tells you what the resistance of each colour is. These are found in sporting goods shops.
