Hi Steffy, I was doing IF at some point. I usually started eating at 12 then stopped at 8, or 10am to 6pm. Sunday weigh in PW 185 Cw. 183 Good week. I have taken up gardening. Had to buy some pots and get some soil. Borrowed some gardening tools. Will plant peppers, Tomatoes and spices. I’ll start clearing out the tiny patch of grass this week.

I also got a new scale it adds about 4.2 pounds more than my old scale. I usually ignore that one or substract 4.2 whenever I use it. I think that’s why any weight blog I read always says to use the same scale you used at the beginning of the fitness journey.

Sunday weigh in PW 185.1 CW 182.9 I had an ok week, I reduced my overall food intake by 70 kcals and tried to keep up drinking water. I only achieved 2.2litres of water a day for 3 days but it made a huge difference in my weight. Didn’t walk much at all this week. Will keep trying to. Sleeping wasn’t great on some days but…
