2 small sweet potatoes. Yesterday I had overnight oats for example. 3tbsp rolled oats 1tbsp chia seeds 40g raspberrys 120ml milk 2tbsp skyr Honey as you like Pinch of salt Topped with 1 banana and a few rasberrys as well as some chopped almonds. All those ingredients are exchangeable and variable.
