Hello, :) PCOS is very common and watching your carb intake is a great start. My one tip is to watch your sugar intake, fruit and all. PCOS is treated like prediabetes, so you have to watch your sugar intake. No you don’t have to poke yourself, but be mindful. For fruits, limit high sugary fruits like bananas and oranges.…

Also yes, high BP can be genetic, However your top number should never be left alone at 200+!! You run the risk of damage of stroke, and other side effects. If your BP doesn’t come down from the 200s, you NEED medical attention.

The best exercise is to go for a walk and have a stressball in your hands to squeeze. How is your environment? Stress can cause…

Personally I love peanut/almond butters! I go for a simple one (not full of additional oils/sugars). I keep a jar in my locker and if I’m hangry or need a pick me up, I’ll eat a spoonful.

Thanks everyone! I knew something off, but I figured it’s just a step down from my normal huge portions. Haha, I’m going to get the rest of my rice. :D

Thanks everyone! I’m going to try and incorporate some smaller snacks or even a small dinner after works to help me reach my daily goals. Hello. I’m 24(will be 25 in 3 weeks) , 5”4 and I was 300lbs, I’m 288 now. I’m weighing my food, but I’m getting a new scale (waiting for it to arrive VIA amazon) because the one I was using isn’t formally a food scale. I haven’t added additional exercise yet but I’m a nurse so I work 12 hour shifts and still attend school.…

It can be fun but also addicting in a bad way. I get very anxious when I get close to 1000 calories. I’m learning to eat past 1200, and eat mindful but gotta be careful of these habits lol
