20/07: 72.8kg Haven’t logged my weight for a bit because of the crazy fluctuations due to PMS & period. I really don’t want to be making excuses, so from today I’ll be posting my weight even through pms and period days. I always fall off track during those times. AF finally arrived yesterday, it was 3 days late.

24, got about 10kgs to lose since forever lol. I always tend to lose 5kg and go back up to 10kg. Need motivation to get rid of this weight once and for all.

Aw well done! Yes numbers should not be obsessed over. My weight has not moved a lot as I’m still PMS-ing - retaining water. But I don’t allow it to affect me because I’ve been eating at deficit. Once my period starts, the numbers will go down.

I’m PMS-ing & I’m sure I didn’t lose 2kgs overnight. Also I weighed myself straight after my last meal of the day, was bloated - so it wasn’t accurate.
