    CURRENT WEIGHT 163lbs (75kgs)
    GOAL WEIGHT 132 lbs (60kgs)

    Last 30lbs....hope to receive all the motivation as well as support you'll....
    I havr lost about 45lbs already... but still look shapeless... need to work more hard especially with lockdown and more food at home...

    time to SLENDERIZE.......30 LBS

    I've been side tracked by budget goals, but turns out my old scale is accurate, so I'm about 156lbs now without water weight.
    Unfortunately I could stay like this for a while. I wasn't buying my vegan high protein foods I normally eat, and going through my fridge/freezer full of more higher carb foods. I end up eating more calories that way. It shouldn't be an excuse as there are vegetables that i eat too.
    Oh and I got my swimsuits today, the small wasn't in there. The mediums are little big, esp in chest :/

    Hey, don’t be too hard on yourself. It’s a journey, we all have to face the food and bad days. Aw I hope you’ve found a swimsuit that fits. Were you able to return it?

    30/07: ***69.9kg*** finally hit the 60’s!!

    This is where the real challenge will start. The last time I weighed within the 60’s range was 2017? Crazy righttt 😶 I didn’t try my hardest last year, so I will have to give it my all now. I’m only 9.9kgs away from my goal.

    I’m taking a break from weighing myself the next couple of days. Hope you all are doing great.

    I'm with you. Last weigh-in, I was 130.5. My goal weight is108. Will start tracking tomorrow. Glad I found this thread!

    Hey guys,

    So it's almost a year to the day and I'm back at the 160, I managed to gain 8lbs throughout the year, and loose it all in June, this month. It's a bit different as gyms are still closed!! (Could open end of July), I'm doing almost zero cardio but expanded home weights, and been avoiding alcohol to help with calorie restrictions.
    Been very motivated this month but I'm still worried it's not the right balance for maintaining weight loss long term. I don't mind adding some cardio back to offset splurge calories (not binging) in future. Also getting closer to goal would help with a bit of cardio.

    My current mini goal is to get to prepandemic weight by loosing 5 more lbs in July and hitting high 140s by end of summer 😄
