Thank you so much! The truth behind that statement though is unreal. Since losing the weight I've come off of depression medicine and high blood pressure medication and fluid pills. My whole world has changed.

44 pounds is a big deal, you are doing great! It is definitely a struggle, the biggest thing to remember is your reason why. I've found that has kept me motivated when I felt like giving up. I too was on blood pressure medication along with some others. I've come off them all now. Keep it up you'll get there!

I've been losing since July 2018 though I plateaued from December 2018 until March 2019, my weight loss was slow even after that until October 14th 2019 of which I decided to try eating on a schedule. This has worked and I'm currently 15 pounds away from my goal.

I'd love to tell you everything I've done but this platform is not judgement free so over all I'll say that I did keto, Paleo, calorie counting and exercise and I kept an eating routine that worked for me as an individual.

You can definitely get there! I started out doing alternate day fasting, however now I’m doing an extended fast to clear my body of toxins and prepare for a child. I set a goal of 140 (putting me at a normal BMI) and I’m racing to the finish line.

No I do not eat anything on my fasting days I started out the first week eating a spoon of honey then went to tea with almond milk and now just plain tea and water I do take a prenatal vitamin that has no calories to prepare my body for pregnancy once I reach my goal.
